1. Product Information

Cosmetic Products: All cosmetic products comply with EU Regulation 1223/2009. Product Information Files (PIF) are maintained for 10 years. Safety assessments conducted by qualified persons.

Dietary Supplements: All supplements are classified as food products, not medicines. Claims are limited to EU-approved health claims from EFSA list.

2. Prohibited Claims

We do not make medical, therapeutic, or disease-related claims unless specifically approved by relevant authorities. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Age Restrictions

You must be 18 years or older to purchase from this store. Keep all products out of reach of children.

4. Product Safety

All products have undergone safety assessments. Follow all usage instructions and warnings on product labels.

5. Returns and Refunds

EU customers have 14 days to return products for full refund. Return shipping costs may apply.
